Six themes to set the mood
Cream paper and ink with Dune. Vintage typewriter vibes with Old School. Soft blues with Sea, pure black for late-night notes, and classic Light and Dark for everything in between. One click swaps the whole page — background, text and cursor included.
Typography that feels good
Choose a bookish serif, a clean sans-serif or a typewriter-style monospaced font; then tune the size, the line spacing, the text width, and even the ink and caret colors. A few small choices and the page starts to look like yours.
The sound of a typewriter
Turn on the optional typewriter sounds and every keystroke becomes a soft, satisfying click — like writing on an old machine, without the jammed ribbon. It is the kind of small detail that makes you want to keep typing.
Cute on the outside, capable inside
Behind the pretty page there is a serious writing tool: focus mode that dims everything but the paragraph you are writing, a live word counter, writing goals and markdown support. Your notes are saved automatically as you type.
Your notes stay yours
No signup, no email, no ads. Notes are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and you can export them as plain text, Markdown, Word or HTML whenever you like.
Take the aesthetic with you
The app for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android has the same themes and sounds, plus permanent backups, version history and PDF export — paying once, with no subscription.
